Fundraisers:
Simple Fundraiser: No
new information.
Coupon Books: We have taken in $2360.00. Kathy H not
sure if all funds are accounted for. We discussed making another push for
sales, maybe at football games? Francine will sell them at Homecoming game on
Football Concessions: Each group made $292.72 at last game.
We sold all of the pizzas – need to increase order for Homecoming.
Sodexho: Next game is 10/13, which is also a
Marching festival . Need more volunteers.
Albertson’s Community Partners
Program: No new
information.
Fall Festival: No word yet. Hopefully
next week.
Business:
Polo Shirts: Still getting price quotes. The place
that made the band jackets has red or blue shirts with same logo as jackets for
$27.50 including embroidery and tax. Shipping is $20.00.
Awards Banquet: No new information.
Storage: Pit Cart storage is available in the new building,
but no longer needed. The storage area also has very limited access. We
discussed using a cargo container and adding shelving.
Storage: Waiting for OK to buy 8 by 20 storage
container to be placed on campus. It will cost
$2250.00, installed. We are now paying $51.00 per month for rental unit.
Nomination Committee: No report. Election
at November meeting.
Dues: It is time to pay Membership dues.
Fees of $5.00 per person need to be paid by the October General meeting. Dues
must be paid in order to vote. Some are paid as of today.
Uniform Cleaning/Awards Banquet fee: Mastel will clean uniforms for $3.50 each. We
need to determine how many times uniforms need to be cleaned. $15.00 will be
collected for Awards Banquet.
