Fundraisers:
Sponsorship Donations: We are still receiving donations, but we need
a plan for next Spring Tour. Fundraising efforts could move forward if we had a
plan
Albertson’s Community Partners Program: No new information.
Graduation: The Boosters made $485.68 net profit for Graduation
water and flower sales.
Sodhexo: Mlee Martineau will coordinate ASU concessions fundraising next
year. The contract is up for renewal. We will commit 6 people to each home game
to work a food stand in the Loge area. Any one of the officers may sign the
contract. Schedule will be posted on the website.
T-Shirts: Local business, “Flicka’s”,
is willing to donate t-shirts (set-up and first batch of shirts). Doc wants to
use our usual supplier for band shirts, but we could have other shirts made and
sell them.
Business:
Storage: No news on move in date. Golf carts
are still in the storage area. Several items are still missing from the
construction/relocation and are considered lost :
awnings, pedals for grand piano, blue storage tables and timpani cart. Bob
Ingram has contacted the school administrators to search for or reimburse us
for lost items. May be able to purchase replacement parts for
the awnings: we have poles, corner pieces and wires. The hardware (pins,
turnbuckles, bolts and tie downs) are still missing.
Band Camp: Band Camp will be Aug. 6 – 10 at
Meetings: The Booster meeting will stop for the summer,
but officers will stay in touch via e-mail and phone.
Football Concessions: No update about the concession stand.
We may have to resort to selling pre packaged food. Pizza, Jamba
Juice, Chik-Fil-A, water, soda and candy were
suggested.
