Fundraisers:
Community Partners:
Although the chain no longer requires shopper’s cards, Albertson’s will
continue to offer the Community Partners fundraiser. There are new cards which
are available from the Band Boosters or from Doc Bennett. Rewards earned from
store purchases go to the Band Boosters.
Business:
Band Camp: Doc Bennett introduced himself and welcomed
new and returning band members. This year’s Marching Show is Fiddler on the
Roof.

Activity Form (District Tax Credit form required for camp payment). This must
be turned in by

Anyone who has not paid for camp, please do so.

of Conduct/Rules/Expectations
1.
No
hazing, no initiations.
2.
Be
on time.
3.
High
elevation warning: sunburn/dehydration. Hats recommended.

illegal substances.

Hair
braiding required for female and male students with hair below the collar. Will
be taught at camp.
7.
Care
of Band Room: no gum, no food, no caps, no sunglasses, no drinks other than
water, students must chaperone any visitors. Suspicious activity will be
reported. Honesty is expected.

A. Band is growing, will now need 2
busses for competitions. Costs are going up. District only pays for 1 bus, Boosters have to pay for other ($280.00 plus driver
fee) and equipment truck
